LD-250

OMRON

An autonomous mobile robot that transports loads of up to 250 kg between storage, production lines and workstations. It navigates using features of the building rather than floor tape or magnets. Top modules and fleet software determine how it collects, carries and hands over material.

Market evidence and availability

LD-250

Japanese manufacturer. OMRON’s global industrial-automation catalogue and US LD-250 offer document regional product support; they do not establish availability at every site.

Commercial AMR with current product information and a demo route. Facility mapping, payload interfaces, traffic design and fleet integration are part of a deployment.

Questions for a supplier conversation

  • What loads, rack interfaces, routes and floor conditions have been validated?
  • How will the robot integrate with the warehouse system and existing traffic?
  • Who handles blocked routes, damaged goods, charging and system outages?

Ask for evidence for the exact model and installation proposed. A company-wide deployment claim is not necessarily evidence for every product. Separate the manufacturer’s location from the local integrator and service provider who will support your site.
